  Ive added that a Pillion not be allowed for Road Marshal Position. A static Marshaling position like Sweep can have a Pillion if the Marshal is not fully qualified, perhaps at the RC / SO discretion? A discussion point for our Q&A?

  Under no circumstances is the pillion allowed to give hand signals or perform marshaling duties at a drop off point
